Short Review: It’s ok.
Long Review:
Here’s the deal. My iPhone has been lagging… a lot. I don’t know if I’m the only one having this problem but it’s really really pushing my buttons (the big red one not the cool blue one). I’m so frustrated with it that I don’t even want to use the phone for the rest of the day (well, I might play some more Monkey Ball).
AT&T’s crashing server extravaganza this morning didn’t help matters either. I was iPhone-less for a few hours. Bah-Humbug!
The app store is pretty cool. However, it seems like Apple is releasing way too many paid apps and skimping out on the free apps. So far my favorite apps are Evernote, Remote, and Monkey Ball. Keeping my eye out for the Remember the Milk app. Here’s a screenshot of my apps page. Any you recommend?
The search capabilities in the address book is quite helpful.
Scientific calculator. Handy. Never know when you might need to figure out the cosine of a triangle. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been stuck at a restaurant trying to figure out the square root of my total.
Bulk mail move/delete. IE likes it a lot!
Calendar is finally color coordinated. Your color opinions are limited but it’s ok. Better than having everything blue.
I’m wondering how MobileMe’s coming along? Or if it’s even up or still crashing? I was going to sign up for the free trial but waiting to hear reviews from my fellow tech enthusiasts.
